This Nuffield Foundation funded research, from Bath Spa University and The University of Manchester, considered recent literature, a national stakeholder survey and teacher interviews to draw conclusions for a primary perspective. In this session, we will discuss implications from the study outcomes regarding purposes and pedagogy for practical work in primary science.
