About me
Before joining TDT Andrea spent 16 years working in primary education – 12 of these were spent as a senior leader, including school principal. She has a solid understanding of educational leadership and combines this knowledge with up to date research to drive school improvement. Over the course of her career, Andrea has led on a variety of areas including curriculum development, pupil premium, wellbeing and assessment. Having supported educators at all stages of their career Andrea understands the importance of high-quality professional development and the integral part it plays in improving the education provision for all children.
